Scarce Smith & Wesson Pre-22 Model of 1950 Revolver Chambered in .45 ACP — Mfr. 1955

The Smith & Wesson Pre-22. Originally known as the S&W .45 ACP Hand Ejector Model of 1950, or the Military Model 1950 Army, these eventually evolved into the Model 22. Scarce, as no more than 4,000 fall into the “Pre-22” designation, this mint condition and original firearm is both affordable and worthy of any collection. Bright bluing throughout and check out the case colors on the hammer and trigger! Serialized to the pistol, the checkered walnut grips are👌. Manufactured in 1955.
